If your car is stolen you should:
- Report the incident to Allianz on 1890 779 999 as soon as you discover the vehicle is missing. Complete the claim form (available at the bottom of the page) and have it stamped by An Garda Siochana.
- Send us the completed claim form.
- If your vehicle is not recovered within 14 days please send us the keys, Vehicle Licensing Certificate, a copy of your Finance Agreement and NCT Cert (if applicable) . If your car is recovered you should contact us 1890 779 999 immediately and let us know the location of your car.
- If your vehicle is stolen we will provide you with 14 days courtesy car hire in a Class A vehicle (Ford Ka or similar). If the vehicle is recovered during this period and brought to one of our Aligned Repairers you will be entitled to 5 days hire from the date the vehicle was recovered.
If your vehicle is not recovered or is Written Off
- If your vehicle remains missing or is considered to be beyond economical repair by the appointed assessor when found, the details will be referred to a specialist valuation company who will place a "market valuation" on your vehicle prior to the loss, having taken into account details of the vehicle including but not limited to mileage, condition, ownership history and service history.
