Allianz – Monica LoughmanMonica Loughman is a top Irish prima ballerina and one of the brightest stars on the ballet stage. At the age of 14, she left Ireland for Perm in Russia, where she became the first Westerner to dance for the prestigious Perm State Theatre. In 2007 Monica established The Irish Youth Russian Ballet Company in Dublin. She has featured on Ballet Chancers, a 2008 television series which saw her attempt to train six young people, schooled in hip hop, to appreciate the art of ballet. Monica is proof that hard work and determination pays off. Allianz has proudly supported Monica since 2004. |  |
