Policy specifically designed to meet the needs of the construction industry. Pays damages, expenses and legal costs incurred as a result of a claim against the Insured for bodily injury or property damage occurring during the period of insurance.
Cover
- Legal liability of the Insured for accidental injury to Third Parties or accidental damage to Third Party property arising in connection with the Insured's business.
- Policy automatically provides protection against legal liabilities imposed on the Insured under the two most widely used forms of construction contract i.e. RIAI and GDLA.
- Limit of indemnity is from €2,600,000. (Please ask if higher limits are required.)
Principal Exclusions
- Radioactive Contamination
- Injury to Employees
- Pollution of any kind unless caused by a sudden, unintended, unexpected and accidental occurrence during the insurance period
- Mechanically propelled vehicles
- Professional Indemnity
- Non negligence covers
- The cost of repair or replacement of any work done by the Insured
