Pays damages, expenses and legal costs incurred as a result of a claim against the Insured for bodily injury or property damage occurring during the period of insurance.
Cover
- Legal liability of the Insured for accidental injury to Third Parties or accidental damage to Third Party property arising in connection with the Insured's business.
- Limit of Indemnity from €2,600,000. (Please ask if higher limits are required.)
Principal Exclusions
- Radioactive contamination
- Injury to Employees
- Liability assumed by the Insured by Contract/Agreement
- Products Liability (See separate section)
- Pollution of any kind unless caused by a sudden, unintended, unexpected and accidental occurrence during the insurance period
- Mechanically propelled vehicles
- Professional Indemnity
- The cost of repairing or replacing defective work
