Pays damages, expenses and legal costs caused by defects in products manufactured, sold, supplied, processed or repaired by the Insured.
Cover
- Legal Liability for accidental death, bodily injury or damage to third-party property.
- Territorial Limits specified in the policy.
- Limit of Indemnity from €2,600,000. (Please ask if higher limits are required.)
Principal Exclusions
- Consequential loss, nuclear, pollution, war
- Recall or repair/removal of any product
- Punitive damages
- Design Defects
