Summary of Cover

Financial loss arising out of interruption of business caused by Selected Perils in line with the Commercial Property Policy.

Cover - As Required

• Loss of Gross Profit or Revenue.
• Additional expenses of avoiding or reducing losses e.g. rent of temporary premises etc.

Cover - Optional

• Denial of Access.
• Public Utilities.
• Cover on a Selected Perils basis.
• Deposit premium basis or declaration linked basis of cover.

Principal Exclusions

Excess - €1,000.
War and radio-activity risks, Terrorism, Cyber risks.
