Section 4 : General Liability

Section Definitions
1. Offshore means
the period of time commencing when an Employee embarks on to a conveyance at the point of final departure to an offshore rig or offshore platform and terminating when such Employee disembarks from the conveyance on to land upon his / her return from an offshore rig or offshore platform
2. Nuisance means
nuisance trespass or interference with any easement right of air light water or way
3. Product means
any commodity article or thing or any part thereof (including containers labelling and packaging provided in connection therewith) manufactured constructed erected installed altered repaired serviced processed treated sold leased supplied or distributed by or on
behalf of the Insured in connection with a School Related Activity and not in the custody or control of the Insured
