Summary of Cover
A Public Liability policy indemnifies the policy holder in respect of all sums which policy holder shall become legally liable to arising out of accidental Bodily Injury, Nuisance or loss of or damage to material property occurring during the Period of Insurance.
This policy indemnifies Principals carrying out work under contract or agreement for the Insured in connection with the Business or whose premises are occupied or used by the Insured in connection with the Business.
Our standard Limit of Indemnity is €2,600,000 but Limits of Indemnity of up to €6,500,000 or higher can be provided if required.
Our Limit of Indemnity is inclusive of legal costs.
Special Features
A Short Period policy is available for once-off events, such as St Patrick's Day Parades, Christmas tree and lights, summer camps subject to Allianz criteria and terms and conditions e.g. there is no annual policy required for the individual/organisation, Allianz is the insurer of the venue or hall, the client/organisation are an affiliate of another client of Allianz.

- Injury to Employees
- Liability assumed by the Insured by contract/agreement

- Pollution of any kind unless caused by a sudden, unintended, unexpected and accidental occurance during the insurance period.Mechanically propelled vehicles
