Summary of Cover
Employers may be liable at law to pay damages for accidents to or diseases by employees arising out of or in the course of their employment. We can cover this legal liability and our standard Limit of indemnity is €13,000,000.
Our Limit of Indemnity is inclusive of legal costs.
This policy indemnifies Principals carrying out work under contract or agreement for the Insured in connection with the Business or whose premises are occupied or used by the Insured in connection with the Business.
Special Features
A Short Period policy is available for once-off events, such as St Patrick's Day Parades, Christmas tree and lights, summer camps subject to Allianz criteria and terms and conditions, i.e. where there is no annual policy required for the individual/organisation and where Allianz is the insurer of the venue/hall or where the client/organisation is an affiliate of another client of Allianz.
