Our Human Resources, IT and IT Security support our colleagues in Allianz Ireland, across a wide range of business topics.
Human Resources in Allianz is comprised of specialist teams of HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Talent and Organization Development, Internal Communications and HR Core Team Support including Pensions, Payroll and Reward Specialists, and of course HR Administration.
We support our colleagues through initiatives across topics as varied as diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, reward and performance, talent acquisition and management, and learning and capability development.
Internal Communications of Allianz Group key initiatives area; communicating all of these initiatives across the Allianz Ireland business, and takes a key role in supporting our Work Well, Give Well, Live Well and Women in Leadership programmes.
IT in Allianz focuses primarily on supporting our Allianz Ireland business for Ebusiness/Ecommerce (front end development), User Acceptance Testing, and managing and maintaining our internal systems and databases to support delivery for our colleagues and external customers.
Our IT function acts as a technical bridge between the commercial business areas and our IT function; designing and delivering business.
