Allianz Ireland has maintained their number one positions for Digital Customer Experience and Customer Service for motor insurance in the latest Global Reviews and PAN Research studies from January 2016.
Global Reviews Digital Customer Experience Index Awards
Global Reviews are hired by Allianz to conduct market research using in-market customer segments. As part of their study, they set users a variety of tasks in order to benchmark the performance of the Allianz website against competitors.
Allianz achieved the #1 rank in the Global Reviews Customer Experience Index (CEI) in the Global Reviews Digital Sales Benchmark for the Irish Insurance Industry for 2015*.
According to Global Reviews the award recognises customer experience excellence. It illustrates a company's commitment to providing a digital customer journey that minimises customer effort and effectively supports the needs and expectations of your customers when they are seeking financial services online.
PAN Mystery Shopping Exercise
PAN Research are hired by Allianz to conduct mystery shopping exercises by phone. As part of these exercises, mystery shoppers call Allianz and other Irish insurers to enquire about motor insurance. They then fill out a questionnaire, providing feedback on their experience. The results from the latest round of calls, concluded in January 2016, showed Allianz had maintained their number one position from the previous exercise in June 2015*.
Allianz Ireland will continue to work with both Global Reviews and PAN Research in 2016 with a view to constantly improving digital customer experience and customer service.
