Allianz Ireland has reclaimed pole position for Digital Sales Effectiveness in the Republic of Ireland in the latest Global Reviews study conducted in July 2015*.
The study, undertaken bi –annually by Global Reviews, analyses the customer journey and user experience when purchasing car insurance online.
Global Reviews are hired by Allianz to conduct market research using in-market customer segments. As part of their study they set users a variety of tasks in order to benchmark the performance of the website. The study looks at a variety of different areas including:
- Initial engagement
- Introducing options
- Evaluating products
- Deciding to purchase
- Channel selection
- Application form
In July, Allianz Ireland’s overall Digital Sales Effectiveness score increased substantially from 54% to 59% elevating them into first position in the Irish market.
Allianz Ireland will continue to work with Global Reviews in 2015 with a view to constantly improving user experience for our customers.
