Allianz Direct home and renters insurance customers can make use of an Emergency Home Assistance service as part of a standard policy, at no extra charge. This includes 24/7/365 service, covering the cost of the call out, labour & materials up to €300 per incident, four times per year*. While these call-outs won’t cover cosmetic changes to your home, they will help make your property safe and help prevent further damage.
Plus, the service is not classified as a claim, and therefore does not have an excess, so it does not affect your No Claims Bonus! We break down the top services of 2019 and 2020 so far that Allianz customers have made use of.
