Allianz is a company that invests in people, the development of our employees (both personally and professionally) is very important to us. In fact, in September 2015 Allianz Ireland was awarded a gold level accreditation from Investors in People and previous to this (July 2015) the National Standards Authority of Ireland presented us with the Excellence through People Award. We hold our employees’ development in such high regard because we know that our success depends on them.
We want all of our staff members to be as prepared as possible to handle the challenges we face as on a daily basis.
In Allianz, we are committed to supporting our employees in order to aid them towards the Professional Diploma in Insurance (CIP). We also support and invest in other, more advanced, insurance qualifications.
Each staff member requires these qualifications in order to work successfully within the insurance industry. Allianz recognises that these are important for an employee’s professional development. And if it’s important for them then it’s important for us. We provide a comprehensive suite of training and support for all those preparing for exams regardless of whether they are for the entry level or advanced. The types of support on offer include, MCC tuition, study leave, and financial support.

Scholarship Programme
Allianz, in conjunction with the Irish Brokers Association, runs the MyIBA Allianz CIP Scholarship Programme. The aim of this scholarship is to aid those taking part in achieving their CIP certification over an 18 month period.
Participants are not only given the knowledge necessary for these exams but are also provided with a platform to share knowledge and techniques with their peers.
