Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition
Allianz has 32 GAA Jerseys to give away, a Jersey for each county playing in the Allianz Leagues (26 in the Republic of Ireland and 6 in Northern Ireland).
Entry to the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition is gained by sending an e-mail to email@example.com with a photo of you and/or a family member (s) and / or friends showing your love for GAA games, with the name of your county in the subject line in the email. All photographs submitted must be the work of the individual who submits them. Entrants must ensure that photographs of people have been taken with the permission of the subjects.
You will not submit any photograph that is offensive, abusive, indecent, defamatory or obscene.
You accept that we may exercise editorial control over the photograph and may decide not to allow publication at our absolute discretion.
By entering the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition entrants consent to Allianz publishing the photos in a photo album on our Facebook page.
Entry is limited to one photo per entrant.
No purchase is necessary.
The Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition will run from 5th April 2017 until midnight on 23rd April 2017.
You must be over 18 years of age to enter our Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition and you must be resident in the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland. In the event that a prize winner cannot provide us with proof of identity and age reasonably acceptable to us, we may withdraw the prize and select another prize winner.
Nominated judges from Allianz will select the 32 winners, one for each county / team whose photos will appear in a photo album on Facebook. The winners will be selected on the originality of their image. The winners will be selected by 26th April 2017 and will be notified by email on the provided e-mail address. If winners do not respond to our notifications within 5 business days then that winner will forfeit all rights and entitlement to the prize and another winner will be selected. In the event that no entry has been received for a county, a winner will be randomly selected from the list of entrants and will be awarded a jersey of their choosing.
Employees of Allianz, their agents and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition.
No alternative prize is available.
Allianz will not be liable for any damage, loss or disappointment suffered by any person taking part or not being able to take part in this Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition.
By entering this Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition, each entrant agrees to release and hold Allianz and any subsidiary and holding companies, their employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind including, without limitation, personal injury, death, property damage, either directly or indirectly related to or arising from the competition or from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize.
By entering the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition, the entrant grants Allianz the right to use and publish his/her name and image in such media as Allianz may choose (including but not limited to the internet) for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. Allianz may also publish and/or disclose the results of the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition including the winners’ names in such media as Allianz may choose.
Allianz plc. will retain all entries in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003, and the UK Data Protection Acts 1998 except as allowed for under Paragraph 15 of these Terms and Conditions.
Allianz reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason.
In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms & Conditions, results and all other matters relating to the Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition the decision of Allianz shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
Persons entering this Win Your County GAA Jersey Competition will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All entries must be strictly in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not in strict accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be deemed to be invalid and no prizes will be awarded in respect of any such entry.
Prizes are delivered via registered post. Upon notification, winners will be required to provide a postal mailing address. Where postal delivery is not suitable, alternative delivery will be arranged between Allianz plc. and the winner. Allianz plc. will not be liable for any prizes which are lost, delayed, or damaged in the post for reasons beyond its control.
This competition and these Terms and Conditions are governed by Irish Law.
By entering this competition you consent to Allianz using the information provided by you, which includes but is not limited to, your name, address, email address and photographs for the purposes of the running of this competition and the publication of the provided photographs and your name on Facebook as outlined above.
If you provide information about another person or persons, including but not limited to their name(s), address(es), email address(es) and their photographs, you must have obtained that / those person’s consent and have made them aware of the Terms and Conditions of this competition.
