Our procurement processes are designed to deliver value for money for our business while reflecting sustainability requirements to the maximum affect possible. We aim to develop our supplier network to help drive our sustainability commitments and develop a responsible supply chain.

Gender Pay Gap

Allianz is committed to gender equality, meaning equal opportunities for all genders. As we strive to continue to be a diverse employer, we closed the Equal Pay Gap in 2021 (0%) and have all measures in place to ensure that it stays closed in future. We are happy to say we achieved EDGE certification in 2022 that recognises our approach, which included an independent audit of our Equal Pay Gap as part of the certification process.

Customer Focused

We want our customers to have a positive experience when they interact with us, if that’s online, over the phone or in person.

We constantly try to improve the experience of our customers  by asking for their feedback via our “voice of the customer” initiative. In 2023 we  invited over 474,000 customers to tell  us about their Allianz experience.

We consider a complaint to be valuable feedback that is important to enhancing our service to our customers. We recognise that things can go wrong from time to time and as a company we encourage our customers to let us know when this happens so we can use it as a guide to improve our service.  You can find more information on how to make a complaint here.

Anti-bribery and fraud

We have a social and corporate responsibility to detect and prevent fraud and reduce its impact on society and hence Allianz has a “Zero Tolerance” approach to fraud. We acknowledge that fraud impacts us all so we look out for the signs and report any suspicious behaviour. If we all work together at exposing fraud, it will make a difference to us all.
