Premium Transaction Charges for Mid Term Adjustments:

Republic of Ireland

We may apply a maximum premium transaction charge of €20 for each alteration you make to your policy. 

If a change to your policy results in an additional premium of less than €30 (€25 for Pet) after taking into account the premium transaction charge then no charge will be made.

If a change to your policy results in a refund of less than €10 (€25 for Pet) after taking into account the premium transaction charge then no refund will be made.

Alternatively, you can make midterm alterations on MyAllianz at no extra cost.

Direct Debit Charges

Direct - New policies:

Motor and Home: If you choose to pay your premium by monthly Direct Debit an 8% service charge will be applied to the full annual premium. 

Pet: No service charge applies on pet insurance policies.

Direct - Renewing Policies: 

Home: No service charge applies if you have a home insurance policy insured with Allianz Direct that renews on or after 20th November 2023 

Car: 8% Service charge on monthly Direct Debit payments applies to car insurance policies

Pet: No service charge applies on pet insurance policies.
