KBC and Ulster Bank customers

 

As you may know, KBC and Ulster Bank have announced their intention to exit the Irish market in the coming months.

If you’re a KBC or Ulster Bank customer and pay your insurance premium by direct debit, it’s now time to update your bank account details so you can continue to pay your premium.

How do I change my bank account details with Allianz?

If you are an Allianz Direct customer, you can do this quickly and easily on MyAllianz by following these steps:

  • Once logged into your MyAllianz account, select the “Menu” button beside the policy which you would like to update payment details for.
  • Navigate to the “Request Changes” option.
  • Select the “Update My Bank Details” option and input your BIC & IBAN as requested on the screen.

If you don’t have a MyAllianz Account, simply click on this link and follow the instructions to set one up. If you are a broker customer, or would like to update your details over the phone, you can call our Instalment Billing Team on 01 613 3909 between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday.

When will I receive confirmation? 

Once you have done this, we will update your new bank account information and send you confirmation. If a direct debit payment is due within 7–10 days of making this change it may not be possible to update your bank account in time for the next direct debit collection.
