Olympic & Paralympic Movements

Allianz is getting behind the Olympic & Paralympic Movements as the Worldwide Insurance Partner from 2021 to 2028.

In Allianz, we have been a proud partner of Paralympics Ireland since 2010, making us the longest supporter of Para Sport in Ireland. Through our partnership, our aim is to promote greater diversity in Irish Sport and showcase the amazing athletes involved in Para Sport.

In 2021 we were delighted to enter into a three year partnership with the Olympic Federation of Ireland. Enabling us to get behind both our Olympic and Paralympic athletes on their sporting journeys, inspiring them to write their own future with the support of Allianz to underwrite it.

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) is a not-for-profit independent international organization that is committed to building a better world through sport. Created on 23 June 1894, just under two years before the first Olympic Games of the modern era in April 1896, the IOC is the supreme authority of the Olympic Movement.
The IPC is the global governing body of the Paralympic Movement. Its purpose is to organize the Paralympic Games, and to manage, supervise, administrate, and promote Paralympic sporting events. Its vision is to make for an inclusive world through Para sport.
