GAAGO Domestic Pass Terms & Conditions

 

  1. This GAAGO Domestic Pass (the "Offer") is only open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who are over 18 years of age. The promoter of this Offer is Allianz p.l.c. with a place of business at Allianz House, Elmpark, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 Y6Y6 ("Allianz" / "Promoter") and fulfilled by GAAGO Media Limited (GAAGO), c/o RTE, Donnybrook, Dublin 4.
  2. Selected customers chosen at random will receive an email with a unique code to redeem their GAAGO Domestic Pass via the official GAAGO website. The GAAGO Domestic Pass can be redeemed up until the 31st of July 2021. Please ensure to read your GAAGO Domestic Pass email in full before redeeming. 
  3. The Offer entitles the bearer to avail of one complimentary 2021 GAAGO Domestic Pass which can be redeemed online via WWW.GAAGO.IE/FIXTURE/PASS-IE and following the steps below outlined in the email.

    I. Visit WWW.GAAGO.IE/FIXTURE/PASS-IE   II. Click the 'Buy For Yourself' button.  III. Enter your unique code in the Promo Code box, click Apply Code and the price will change from €25 to €0.   IV. Enter your GAAGO account details (or create an account – it only takes a minute), click the 'Buy For Yourself' button and you'll have access.
  4. Each unique pass code issued entitles the recipient to redeem a single 2021 GAAGO Domestic Pass for a cost of €0.
  5. Each code is unique and is non-transferable.
  6. No substitutes or cash alternatives will be available.
  7. The Offer is a limited offer made available to selected existing customers at a time when the Offer is live. This Offer may be activated at differing times and subject to stock availability.
  8. Allianz reserves the right at its own discretion to terminate, remove, suspend, withdraw or alter this Offer at any time for any valid technical or commercial reason, without notification.
  9. These offer terms and conditions will apply together with the terms and conditions governing the customer’s policy.
  10. Standard GAAGO Terms & Conditions apply and can be viewed at WWW.GAAGO.IE/TERMSANDCONDITIONS.HTML. The GAAGO Domestic Pass offer is subject to these terms and conditions.
  11. Neither Allianz nor GAAGO Media Limited (GAAGO) will be liable, either severally or jointly, or have any responsibility, for lost or stolen codes.
  12. By availing of this Offer, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and you will be bound by any other requirements set out in any promotional material.
  13. The legal basis we rely on to process your personal data is article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (from now GDPR), which allows Allianz to process personal data when the processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract.
  14. The personal data required for the administrative aspect of fulfilling this Offer are (a) customer first name, (b) email and (c) Allianz policy number. Name and email information will be sourced from the Allianz information systems and will be as provided by you in the first instance. The above-mentioned data is used for: (a) communication purposes (e.g. email invitation); (b) and generation of the Promo Code.
  15. Your personal data will be retained no longer than necessary in order to efficiently administer the Offer or to fulfil legal obligations.
  16. Data is stored in the European Union only. Allianz’s Data Protection Officer (from now ‘DPO’) can assist you for any queries or concerns related to the processing of your personal data.   18. In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions and all other matters relating to the Offer, the decision of Allianz shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
