• In the event of a loss, any shortfall in the sum insured will be the responsibility of the Schools Board of Management.

• The Insured (Board of Management) is responsible for setting the sum insured. The Board of Management are advised to obtain a reinstatement valuation from a chartered surveyor, architect or similarly qualified person in order to set an adequate sum insured.
